From the passion of the Violin Playing to the endless world of Violin Making.
—
Born and raised in Nicosia, Cyprus, at the age of twelve I took my first violin lesson with Robert Hovhanesyan. By fourteen, I had joined the Cyprus Strings Workshop, while also being a member of the Cyprus Youth Symphony Orchestra. Upon fulfilment of my military duties, I decided to turn my love for the violin into a lifelong vocation. Under the tutelage of Stepan Soultanian, I embarked on my very first steps into the world of professional violin making. In 2016 I moved to the UK to study at the Newark School of Violin Making. Three years later, I began working aside Stephan Von Baehr in Hamburg, Germany, before returning back to my home country in 2021. Today, I own a professional workshop in the very place where my musical journey began, in Nicosia.
